I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and have been working as a Personal Trainer for several years. I started lifting almost 20 years ago with bodybuilding and moved into powerlifting as I got older. After a successful run where I held 4 National Records in 2 different federations I now focus on general strength training and living a fun and healthy lifestyle. I work with people of various skill levels and fitness goals but always follow an approach based off thousands of hours of experience and education.

Have a fitness ASSESSMENT
We begin with a Goal Setting Meeting where we talk in detail about exactly what you are trying to accomplish and how I can help you reach those goals. From there we do movement and functionality assessments to detect weakness and imbalances, find injuries before they happen, and use those findings to create a customized training plan.

start working on your fitness
It all begins with finding the training option that works best for you, whether that's 3 times a week of in-person training or online coaching with weekly check-ins. I will begin by teaching the fundamental movement patterns that are the foundation of physical fitness. We will build on this foundation with an incremental progression of complexity, intensity and training volume at a rate the is appropriate to your training level.
