Fraser is a great trainer. I started working with him in an effort to rehab from a knee surgery that I had over a year ago. I completed physio and other programs previously but I could not make any real progress with my rehab. In a matter of weeks following Frasers program and guidance, I have finally started to see improvements in strength, range of motion, stability, etc. When building my program Fraser also considered the specific sport that I am involved in and structured it so that I would also develop more sport specific strength and stamina. I would highly recommend reaching out to Fraser if you are considering a strength and fitness trainer.

I've been working with Fraser now for over a year and a half and I haven't met a better strength trainer. His knowledge and experience is unrivalled. Not only has he taught me proper form so I don't hurt myself, his ongoing assessment of problem areas has been a life-saver. My lower back and shoulders are much more stable and have substantially reduced pain and mobility issues. I am continually making and surpassing personal bests.
